Product Description
Computer winding/sand adding machine, it is used for sand adding and winding on the finishedliner. This machine is the most important equipment in the whole production line, it will direct affect theproducts quality and production efficiency. The present applied type of sand adding is dry adding and wetadding.The running of the equipment is safe and stable, one time sand adding capacity is 3~30mm, therotating speed of the mandrel can be made proper adjustment during the sad adding, meantime the sandadded thickness remains unchanged

Characteristics of the equipment:
1.The applying of the sand has two types, such as dry addingand wet adding. The running of the equipment is stable; the rotatingspeed of the mandrel can be changed within the allow--able scopeduring the sand adding. The thickness of the sand added thicknessremains unchanged.
2.The applied thickness of the sand one time is 3~30mm, and can be immersed completely.
3.Match with squeeze device, it can make scientific squeeze to the pipe, and be capable of enriching thesand layer density, improving the stiffness, decreasing the cost and raising the productivity.
4.The driving device of the trolley is located one end of thetrack, the servo motor drive the trolley run through the reducerand chainwheel &chains; it can avoid the breakage or injury of thesignal cables. The chains adjusting device (tight or loose) is set inthe tailend of the track.
5.The sand adding trolley can run alone, it can avoid thesituation of disorder of the roving during sand adding.
6.The RPM pipes produced by the patent equipment--from Yaorong, possess the larege marketcompetitiveness and profitable capacity with high stiffness, big strength and low cost.
